Summary

Old Henry was always an off one. Hailing from a background of art and animation he always had some sort of project. He was always creating, always making something... And never showing. Known for being something of an withdrawn, Henry always found it deeply hard to interact with people around him. So much so that the idea stressed him out. He kept to himself and he preferred it that way. Not that that many people were chomping at the bit to talk to a man like him. He never had much to say when he did speak. So it came to the shock of his peers that did know him that he got married and to further appaul when he had children, a pair of twins. None of this of course was Henry's idea yet because of his non-commitment to voicing his opinions it stood to reason that he was not fit to be a proper husband let alone a father of two. In Sammy, he saw himself. A quiet child who didn't care for people and instead staying within his own bubble. In Charlotte, he saw someone new. Her care of other people and her love of the strange. The want to peek behind the curtain at the machine is what drew Henry in to try and reach himself out there and be present for her. To try and show her his world through his work.

Henry would spend long stretches of time- days, months, weeks- on his projects. If he didn't like what he made he would scrap everything and start over. He had hands so steady people would say he should have become a surgeon or a doctor yet he never voiced his aspirations to be anything. If Henry wanted to be, he would do it quietly to no notice.

Superstitions were always a thing on Henry's mind. Ghosts and bad luck and things that could read your mind. When his daughter Charlotte passed away people around him were surprised to find out he was religious but if you knew him truly, he wasnt. Henry was paranoid enough to believe something was watching him all the time which subtly manifested into giving it the name of The Devil yet he never practiced. Then when Charlotte went away he believed in God the same way, if something was there watching waiting to hurt him the same must be true that there's something that could forgive his soul for something he believed was his fault and not damn his daughter.

TRIVIA

  • Favorite Animatronic: Fredbear or Freddy, he supposes.

  • Owns a 1972 Honda Civic. The driving is usually given to his wife Dolores because he is a poor driver.

  • Often teased for his tall stature and pencil thin appearance.

  • Animated the 'Fredbear and Friends' shorts himself based on characters he had already drawn in his sketch books. The Fazbear Band would later be created based off the animal background characters from those shorts.

  • It's not exactly like he didn't love Sammy. It was that he lived his life so apathetically he couldn't find it within himself to understand how to show him love. With Charlotte, he found how to try to love through her.
