"Somewhere over the Rainbow!"

Summary

Charlotte was said to be a gift from God. She was truly seen as something bright and shiny. Especially within the Emily family, the ones known for being rather stone faced and tough to talk to. The truth was that Charlotte wasn't perfect, she was seven. She was a little girl who had nightmares and wished on shooting stars and counted the cracks in the side walk. She was happy but anxious. Anxious a lot. Anxious at all the attention she was confused why she was getting.

She loved animals and she wanted to be a veterinarian when she grew up. She wanted to help them because it made her sad to think they had nobody that would care for them. Charlotte is one of a pair. Her identical twin Sammy is her best friend, loved by anyone more in the world. She felt that Sammy was the one that actually got her. He helped ease her fears about the world and was always glued to her side. Charlotte loved drawing pictures and coloring things in and would often draw in the pictures to Sammy's short stories. It was often thought that Charlotte was the better well behaved half of the twins. If she knew this, she would be sad.

Charlotte was always something of a daddy's girl. She was favored by her dad, Henry, for her interest in the more "behind the scenes". She was curious in how the animatronics worked and moved so she often got to see the workshop more than she should have. She was however a little scared by it but this fear was left unsaid. Endoskeletons had a captivating and terrifying look to her. She never liked it when she would have to see Henry cut open a furry character to expose the internal wiring and would cry to Sammy about it afterwards. Henry designed mechanical toys made specifically for Charlotte. A talking rabbit doll, a white rideable horse, and a best friend just for her. The latter of which unfortunately she never got to see.
